Clinic Assistant is responsible for the effective administration and operation of duties assigned at the counter.

Job Responsibilities:



Provide receptionist duties at front counter (Register Patients, Phone calls) To compile Medical Reports/Lab result for doctor's reporting/finalizing report/Uploading of case notes Preparing & Dispensing Medications Assist doctors in simple clinic procedures including Chaperone To update billing & tally daily collection/cash for accounting purpose Performing basic tests on patient (E.g. measurement of height, weight, administering urine test, vision test etc.) Other ad-hoc duties as assign

Job Requirements:



Basic computer knowledge is a must Ability to prioritize and manage work effectively in a fast pace environment Ability to work in a team dependably With positive 'willing-to-learn' attitude Speak & Read English, Mandarin (advantage) & Dialect 5.5 days work week
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
