Clinic Assistant / Part Time/ Hougang

Job Description

Responsibilities:


Provide frontline services such as register patients, schedule & book appointments, follow up patients for treatment and vaccination. Perform administrative duties such as handle billing transactions, payment, insurance claim submissions and ensure proper documentation and filing. Preparation of drugs and dispensing of medicines. Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities Establish good rapport with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements.
Requirements:


Minimum GCE 'O' level, NITEC in any discipline or relevant healthcare certification Min 1-2 years of working experience in GP clinic set up. Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking customer Working experience with clinic management software such as SGiMED Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Able to join by Dec 2025


Able to commit min 4 hrs commitment from Mon to Fri & Sat first half.
