We are representing our client, a private clinic, in seeking a
Clinic Assistant
to support daily operations, including insurance and Medisave claims processing.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for patients
Register patients and process payments
Assist patients with Third-Party Administrator (TPA), insurance, and Medisave claims
Provide administrative and clinical support to nurses and doctors
Conduct financial counselling and coordinate patient surgeries
Educate patients and their families on available health grants and medical assistance schemes
Handling on-call phone on rotating basis.
Requirements
Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) N Level or equivalent
Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
Outgoing, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in computer applications and Plato systems
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and coordinate schedules
