Location: Raffles & Siglap 55 Siglap Road Siglap Centre Singapore 455871 Working hour: 44hrs work week Salary: $1.6k - $3.5k Responsibilities Perform Frontline Services: * Perform patient regi Location: Raffles & Siglap 55 Siglap Road Siglap Centre Singapore 455871 Working hour: 44hrs work week Salary: $1.6k - $3.5k Responsibilities Perform Frontline Services: Perform patient registration Perform payment collection procedures Perform financial reconciliation of daily operations / daily sales Handle phone calls / walk-ins / enquiries Schedule of patients' appointments Manage patient's feedback and enquiries Identify situations where patients require additional attention Perform service recovery Provide financial counselling to patients Provide Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms Usher / Chaperon of patients in and out of treatment rooms Prepare patients for treatment Assist Chiropractors during treatments, consultation and examination of patients Perform basic pre-adjustment/treatment instructions on patients such as cryo therapy, neck exercises. Perform pillow fittings and recommendations Prepare patient's records and documentation pre and post consultation and treatment Provide patient education when necessary Overall patient liaison to ensure patients' request / enquiries are attended to Perform Operation Role: Update and maintain patient database to ensure accurate patient records Draft emails / letters to colleagues / patients / external vendors Perform inventory and stock check of clinical and non clinical items Assist in reporting or analysing of clinic's statistics or data General Administration General Housekeeping Participate in weekly training meetings and giving suggestions to enhance clinic operations Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects Conduct staff training Applicant may be tasked with current projects undertaken relating to logistics, event management, marketing, and human resource Requirements Passionate about the healthcare industry Keen to interact with patients Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Willingness to learn, adapt and grow Reliable team player Abel to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment Excellent customer service skill
