Our esteemed client in the private healthcare sector is currently hiring for Clinic Assistants!





5.5 days office hours Convenient and Accessible Location Collaborative Work Environment

Responsibilities:

Assist in the registration of patients, ensuring accurate collection of personal details and medical history. Book patient appointments, coordinating with doctors to ensure optimal scheduling and minimal wait times. Handle patient payments and insurance claims. Manage walk-in patients and phone inquiries, providing information on clinic services, appointment availability, and general medical queries. Provide administrative support to the clinic, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records in an organized and confidential manner. Manage inventory and dispensing of medication to patients. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, assisting with various clerical tasks as needed to maintain efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma in any field Prior relevant customer service or clinic assistant experience is preferred Possess basic computer literacy as the role will require usage of web-based system Compassionate and good patient care Service-oriented with good listening skills
