Summary:

• High basic + AWS + Performance bonus
• Dental Clinics / Hospitals / Polyclinics / Private Clinics

Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients at front counters for registration and payment
• Assist to prepare and dispense medication
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the clinic facilities
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and client information
• Handle any other administrative matters
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, SMS and emails
• Booking or rescheduling appointments based on patients\' request

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service will be advantageous
• Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers through various channels of communication
