As a Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival Scheduling appointments and managing patient records Assisting healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures Handling administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment Ensure high standards of patient care are maintained, including patient satisfaction, timely service, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols Foster a patient-centred environment, addressing patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally Ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


Minimum of "N" level or NITEC certificate Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking abilities Proficiency in using computer software A compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
