The Clinic Assistant is responsible for the effective administration and operation of duties assigned at the Reception Counter.

Tasks & responsibilities

Attends to reception duties. Registers cases and prepares the necessary documents for patients' visit. Provide financial counseling to patients. Performs cashiering duties. Collects payment from patients. Reconciles the daily collection report with actual collections. Answers phone queries from patients. Chaperon and assists doctors during consultation. Makes & accept appointments for consultation. Submit the Medisave applications. Checks Medisave account holder's balances from CPF website, prints hard copy and tagged the information into HIS. Cover duties of other staff during their absence where applicable. Performs any other duties as assigned

Qualifications & experience

Possess at least 2 years' relevant working experience. Knowledge using Clinic Assist will have added advantage. 5.5 days work week, (4.5 days + 1 day evening clinic, 8:30am to 8:30pm). Comfortable to be cross-deployed when the need arises.
