Our clinic would like to employ a Clinic Assistant to join our team: Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver warm and efficient customer service for all patients
General Admin Duties including handling phone calls, making appointments for patients, arranging scans etc
Assist doctor during the consultation
Dispensing of medications
Maintain overall cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all time
Requirements:
Min GCE \'O/N/A\' Level or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
Have Initiative/Responsible/punctuality
Those with GP or specialist clinic experience will be an advantage
Basic computer knowledge
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
