Our clinic would like to employ a Clinic Assistant to join our team: Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver warm and efficient customer service for all patients
  • General Admin Duties including handling phone calls, making appointments for patients, arranging scans etc
  • Assist doctor during the consultation
  • Dispensing of medications
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all time
Requirements:
  • Min GCE \'O/N/A\' Level or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • Have Initiative/Responsible/punctuality
  • Those with GP or specialist clinic experience will be an advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
