Job Description
Clinic Assistant $1,800 to $2,500
Clinic Assistant. Twice Yearly Performance Based Bonus / Additional Wage Supplement, Health Insurance Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manning the front desk \xe2\x80\x93 answering phone calls, taking down appointments, registration and billing
- Assisting the clinic physician with patient care
- Preparing medical reports
- Assisting with administrative duties
- On occasion, you may be required to follow the clinic physician out of clinic to other healthcare institutions in Singapore to perform on-site patient care (within working hours)
- Any other work related matters that the Company deems suitable for your position
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Friendly disposition and service oriented
- Good team player
- Proficient in use of computer
Other Information: 5.5 days work week 42 hours per week. Monday - Friday: 8:30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 pm, Saturday: 8:30 am \xe2\x80\x93 1:00 pm. Negotiable on case by case basis. Salary will be appropriately awarded at different levels according to work experience. Working location: Camden Medical Centre. Few minutes\xe2\x80\x99 walk from Thomson East Coast Line MRT Station.
