- GCE "O" level & above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferable
- Knowledge of Medisave claimable is preferable
- Customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Service oriented with good public relations and communication skills
- Fast worker, able to multitask

- Responsible, independent and organised
- Team player
- IT savvy as we are fully computerised
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting medical professionals in clinic daily operations
\xe2\x80\xa2 Checking patient vital signs and clinical measurements \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to walk-in patients and phone calls
- Appointment booking for patients
- Handle patient\'s registration and data entry
- Collection of payment
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness
- Comfortable communicating with patients
- Preparing admin forms and blood tubes for health screening
- Promote Tele-med/review platform and remote patient monitoring program
- Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Work location: Central, near Novena MRT station East, near Bedok MRT station
Work schedule ( 44 hours a week ):
- 5.5days per week ( Novena )
- 5 to 5.5 days per week ( Bedok )
- Able to work evening, weekends and PHs ( Off-in-lieu will be compensated )
