Job Position : Clinic Assistant - Both full and part time required, immediate and otherwise

Gleneagles Medical Centre Specialist Clinic

Working hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30\xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm Saturday : 8.30-1pm

Job scope:

• Front desk duties including registration, ushering patients, payment processing, coordination of appointments for patients , scanning of documents, basic dispensing of medications, etc
• Administrative duties such as - handling of basic bills such as checking of hospital bills, bills to the clinic or credit card bills; filling and scanning of patient\xe2\x80\x99s information and results
• Basic stock taking of drugs in the clinic
• Assisting the doctor with procedures

• O levels and above or Nitec Nursing
• Knowledge of English compulsory, if possible can converse in either Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia in order to liaise with Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia speaking associates.
• Experience preferred and must be capable of doing the following:
• Willing to learn
• Capable of handling computers eg emails, Microsoft word
• Capable of using smart phones eg sending text messages, whatspp
• Experience with clinic assist software is preferable, if not, ability and willingness to be able to learn how to use it. Hence has to be comfortable with computers and IT
• Able to multitask and prioritise work
• Good organisational skills
• Team player
• Good social skills as dealing with patients
• Able to work independently

• Commensurate with skills \xe2\x80\x93 from $1800 onwards
