Job Description
Tembusu Medical Group is a new and young home-grown primary care group founded by local doctors, with aspirations to provide affordable and accessible healthcare to all.This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinic Assistant at Tembusu Medical Group in Singapore. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in patient care, managing appointments, maintaining medical records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.Roles and responsibilities include:
- Handle registration of patients and schedule appointments
- Dispense medicine and collect payments
- Answer patients\' enquiries
- Process online medical claims
- General housekeeping of the clinic and management of consumables inventory
- Any other duties assigned by Managing Doctor or Clinic Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in computer skills for managing electronic health records
- Previous experience in a primary care clinic setting is a plus
