Summary

• Contact Centre + Customer Facing role

• 3 rotating locations

• Mon - Fri + Half Sat

• Basic salary up to $3000 + PERM staff benefits

ResponsibilitiesContact Centre (80%)

• Handle incoming and outgoing 1. calls, 2. instant messages, 3. SMS and 4. emails.

• Ensure all patients\' queries, appointments and referral are professionally and timely managed

• According to clinic operating timing and doctors schedule, booking or rescheduling appointments based on caller\'s request

• Advise patients on insurance related matters, if applicable.

Customer Facing (20%)

• Attend to patients at front counters for registration and payment

• medicine dispensing according to doctor\'s prescription

• Maintains confidentiality of all patient and client information

• Handle any other administrative matters

• Maintain cleanliness of clinic

Requirements

• Min O Levels

• Resume required

• Clinic assistant experience highly advantageous
