We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join a medical clinic, in which you play a crucial role in providing support to our clinic's operations and ensuring smooth patient flow.
Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing of medicine
  • Attend to front desk duties
  • Administrative tasks (e.g. Submission of claims - CHAS, Corporate Insurance)
  • Responding to email and call enquiries
  • Managing clinic inventory/drugs
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years
  • A heart for service, relevant work experience in front desk/customer service is a bonus!
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Administrative skills
Perks/Benefits:
  • Negotiable depending on experience level
Working Hours: 5.5 days
Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Sat: 9am - 1pm
