Job Description
Company/Clinic Profile: A reputable and premium specialist clinic group, providing comprehensive and first-rate treatments. They offer their specialized services in General Surgery, Endoscopy & Colorectal; Endocrinology; Obstetrics & Gynaecology; Dermatology; Paediatrics; Etc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices, and payment collection
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
- Provision of basic nursing dues (Staff Nurse)
- Dispensing of medication (Staff Nurse)
- Assist doctor in minor procedures (Staff Nurse)
Requirements:
- Min Secondary School/O-Level, or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in clinic/healthcare
- Knowledge in medical insurance processing Experienced using Microsoft Office, Healthcare system & IT Savvy
