The Clinic Assistant will be the responsible for providing excellent patient care (non-clinical) at the clinic. Responsible for:
Liaison with patients and their family members on appointments with the doctors and other associated diagnostic services.
Following up with third parties and tracing of results
Assist patients with registrations, billings and insurance claims enquiries.
Verification of patients' information into the Clinic system.
Provide assistance on private health insurance preauthorisation application to ensure claims process is in order.
Support finance in medical claims including preparing invoices for claim submission, claim submissions, preparing LOGs, communicating with insurers, following up on payment.
Requirements:
Pro-active to patients' needs and able to communicate effectively and work effectively with others in the team and organisation to accomplish team and organisation goals.
Good communication skills and customer service.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
