Summary

• Up $3000 basic + AWS + Bonuses
• Working location: Multiple locations
• Clinics | Hospitals

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls, messages, SMS and emails
• Ensure all patients\' enquiries, appointments and referral are professionally and timely managed
• Booking or rescheduling appointments based on callers\' request
• Ensure proper and accurate booking and documentation done
• Escalate difficult or relevant matters to management or appropriate parties
• Advice patients\' on insurance related matters, if applicable
• Assist with clinic front counter duties as and when assigned
