Job Responsibilities:
Frontline support, including inbound and outbound calls, and emails.

Handle patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.

Provide administrative support as and when required.

Job Requirements:
5.5 day work-week

Candidate who is able to speak mandarin will have an added advantage as the role will require supporting Chinese patients that does not understand English.

Comfortable with travelling among all the locations.

North and North-East: Kallang, Geylang Bahru, Hougang, Ang Mo Kio, Woodland, Yishun

West: Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Jurong, Pioneer & Queenstown
