Job Description

We are private medical clinic looking for full-time clinic assistant preferably with some experience in a clinic or hospital (but not necessary) Location: Faircare Family Clinic (Clementi) S120345 Working hour: 37-42 hours per week (at least 2 night sessions + 1 weekend session) Our opening hours: Weekday: Daytime: 8:30am - 1:00pm; 2:00pm \xe2\x80\x93 4:30pm. Night: 6:30pm - 9:30pm. Weekends: 8:30am - 1:00pm (Sat & Sun) Public Holiday: double pay if open Job Responsibilities:

• General: ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic
• Administrative: answering phone calls, simple patient data filing
• Cashiering: payment collection, filing for relevant claims, etc
• Patient care: triage, registration, book appointments and dispense medications, etc.
• Clinical: chaperoning doctors, taking basic measurement (height, weight, temperature, eyesight, etc), assisting the doctor in bedside procedures if required, etc
• Inventory: monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc
• Housekeeping: ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and mandarin. Additional points if able to speak dialect or/and malay
• Good command of computer skills
• Pleasant and honest personality, good working attitude and a good team player
• Promote and maintain good patient relationship
• Deliver good quality service
• Able to multitask

Salary range: Basic $1800 - $2200 depending on working experience +CPF+ AWS + Good medical benefits (Periodic pay increment and retention bonus are expected if good performance); over time pay Double pay on public holiday ================================================================ * Kindly include the following details in your resume:
