Our Clinic: Cohesive and Fun Team Fast-paced Exciting Progressive Looking for: Happy and fun team player Good communicator Enjoys patient care Independent and efficient Self-motivated and open to growth At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred (ie. surgical specialist clinic) Responsibilities: Maintaining the required level of Standard of procedures, policy and practices as well as patient care and experience Administrative tasks such as patient registration and interview, maintaining accurate patient medical records, scheduling of appointments and cashiering Assisting the doctor during consultation Handling administrative processes for patients who require surgery / procedure (bookings, financial counselling, etc) Working closely with team members to discuss, prepare and execute daily operational plan to ensure smooth patient flow and achieve high level of patient satisfaction Provides patient enducation and dispensing of medication / consumables independently To maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies Be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically Job-related Information 5.5 work week (full time) Located in Orchard area Attractive Remuneration with Medical Benefits included Interested candidates please contact us.
