Facilitate communication between patients, their families, and healthcare providers regarding appointments with doctors and diagnostic services.
Assist patients with registration processes, billing inquiries, and insurance claims.
Verify and input patient information accurately into the clinic's system.
Provide guidance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure a smooth claims process.
Requirements:
With a minimum of Diploma
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking efficiently
Willing to rotate among clinics when required (will be based in 1 clinic)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
