Job Description

We are looking for Clinic Assistants who have a passion to help customers. Training and coaching provided. Possess excellent customer service mindset with a mission to support our customers in their wellness journey.

What you will do:

Greet customers who enter our clinic. Register or retrieve patient's details using our in-house system. Dispense the right medicines correctly to the right patient with the right dose. Advise the patient on the frequency and dosage of the medicines. Process and receive payments from customers, patients. Be warm and welcoming when answering calls. Schedule appointments for customers, patients.
Job Requirements:

Able to work on weekends and PH (on shift rotation).

This job is not open to Foreign candidates as we do not have quota for work pass

Working hours on Weekends, Public Holidays (10am-6pm) Working hours on Weekdays: 10am to 9pm (1 day Off for every 3 days worked)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
