JOB DESCRIPTION:





We are an O&G company looking for a

Clinic Secretary / Clinic Admin Assistant

for full time post.





LOCATION:

Mt Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre





1. Preparation of lab reports, surgery reports and doctor's letters.


2. Email correspondence.


3. Organization of patient's records and files.


4. Calendar maintenance of doctors meetings and appointments.


5. Coordinate and facilitate meetings including taking meeting minutes.


6. Inventory maintenance - office supplies & clinic equipment.


7. Facilitate maintenance arrangements for clinic equipment.


8. Address patients' email enquiries.


9. Other adhoc duties.





JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Strong knowledge of medical terminologies. Computer savvy. Experience with administrative tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is a MUST. Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Previous experience is an added advantage.
