Role: Clinic Supervisor for Orthopedic Specialist Clinics

Lead and supervise the Clinic Assistant team to ensure efficient, professional, and smooth day-to-day clinic operations. Oversee the entire clinic's daily functioning, ensuring alignment with service standards and operational requirements. Demonstrate and uphold excellent customer service etiquette, professional conduct, and effective problem-solving skills. Conduct regular training and assessments to ensure the CA team maintains service proficiency and adheres to clinic protocols. Through the drafting and implementation of clinic protocols including but not limited to: Patient registration and queue management Dispensing of medications and inventory management Billing, invoicing, and collection of payments Submission of claims (Insurance/TPA, Medisave etc.) General clinic housekeeping Oversee and maintain the overall facility management of the clinic, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Coordinate and co-manage staff rosters and scheduling (Clinic Assistants and Doctors), to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations. Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH), Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMC), and all other regulatory requirements. Work closely with the Clinical Services Operations Team and other relevant HQ departments, ensuring clinic performance meets organizational standards.
