We look forward to listening to and understanding your concerns and helping you in every step of your healthcare journey.Clinical Assistant (Full Time / Part Time)Roles and ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the day-to-day operation of the clinicPerform basic clinical work including taking height and weight and blood pressure and dispensing medicationChaperone doctor and assisting doctor in basic procedures including but not limited to hypocount, blood taking, ECG, and simple wound dressingMedication stock taking, liaise with doctor/ supplier to top up medication when supply is running low, ensure accurate stock in/outEnsure consumables are topped up regularlyKeeping clinic tidy and neatMaintain and manage manpower in the clinic incld to source for locum for last minute coverage; handle locum payslipManage frontdesk operation incld registration, payment, appointment booking, financial counselingAssist with claims submission incld to TPA, CHAS and medisaveAble to perform simple administrative duties incld preparing documents/ report for management reviewEnsure that all policies and procedures function in accordance to the lawOther duties assigned by doctor and management as requiredMultilingual is an advantage5.5days work weekApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
