The Clinical Director will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of patient care, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering clinical excellence across the team. This leadership role blends clinical expertise with operational and strategic oversight to support the clinic's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of evidence-based care. Oversee day-to-day clinic operations Mentor and support the clinical team through training, performance reviews, and protocol development. Manage complex patient cases and promote a patient-centred care approach. Collaborate with admin and marketing teams to improve workflows and patient engagement. * Contribute to service development and team growth
