Clinical Informatics Analyst (CIA)

JOB PURPOSE
The Clinical Informatics Analyst supports the development, implementation, and optimisation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and related systems. This role involves requirements gathering and assessment, solution design, master data management, system configuration, testing, training, data analysis and user support to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas of Responsibility

• Gather and assess clinical and operational requirements

• Design, build, and configure healthcare systems

• Conduct functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing

• Develop training materials and support user education initiatives

• Extract and analyse data for reporting purposes

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance

• Work with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, business analytics or related field

• Healthcare operations or clinical setting experience is preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
