As a Clinical Instructor, you will be responsible for the following following duties:
Play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining optimal clinical learning environments, enhancing the competency of nursing staff and students, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards.
Developing and implementing training programs, facilitating preceptorship schemes, coordinating training activities and assisting in the development of nursing standards.
Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements.
Establish and maintain optimal clinical learning environments for nursing staff and students.
Assisting Nurse Clinician in daily functions.
Assist in reviewing and identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
Participate in work improvement projects.
Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.
Assist in the clinical audits.
Preceptorship for junior nurses / student nurses.
Assist in the staff performance assessment.
Ensure reports are submitted on a timely manner.
Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
Minimum of 5 years of Clinical experience.
Must be registered with SNB.
