Job Description
Responsibilities
- To plan,coordinate and provide clinical guidance and supervision to nurses and nursing students
- Conduct regular clinical training and competency assessment for nurses to ensure clinical compliance
- Perform clinical nursing audits and suggest interventions for quality improvement in care delivery outcomes
- Assist in develop training materials and lesson curriculum
- Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in collating of training data and evaluating training effectiveness
- Possess a degree or or diploma in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Must have valid SNB PC and BCLS
- At least 5 years of clinical with training experience
- Good communication skills and team player
- Candidate must be willing to travel across branches due to nature of work
Working Hours Office hour
Salary From S$4,000.00 to S$4,800.00
