A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Clinic Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and streamline daily clinic operations to ensure effective resource utilization and quality service delivery. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for clinic operation processes, systems and operational capabilities Spearhead projects aimed at enhancing service standards and adopting best practices. Develop and mentor operations staff to foster growth and learning Work closely with corporate office departments to implement strategic business initiatives
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree holder in any related discipline. Minimum 6 - 8 years or relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity Able to work 5.5 days' work week; Staggered work hours between 7am to 7pm from Mondays to Fridays and half day 8:00am - 12:30pm on Saturdays Possess strong leadership, supervisory, organization and change management capabilities Good interpersonal and communication skills
