The Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering neuropsychological assessments for youths, adolescents, and adults, as well as strong report writing skills.

What You\'ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for clients, including neuropsychological assessments for ADHD, learning needs, dyslexia, and other related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
• Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case notes, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical supervision for other mental health professionals within the team, as needed.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions.
• Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of our mental health services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
• Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Ability to provide after-office hour care (Monday to Friday 6 pm to 9 pm , Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm)

• A Master\'s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Experience in administering neuropsychological assessments for youths, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality.
• Desirable: Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
• Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist in Singapore.
