Description
- Assist the investigators to recruit, screen and follow-up on participants of the study, in strict adherence to the study protocol, Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (ICH-GCP) and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Handle entry and validation of study data, extraction of relevant information from medical records, reporting of adverse events, maintenance of investigator files and other essential documentation.
- Coordinate scheduling and conduct of clinic visits/tests for study participants, as well as related finances and logistics.
- Perform study procedures and sample collections on study participants during clinic/ward visits.
- Administer questionnaires and phone interviews on study participants, explain and review study diaries completed by study participants.
- Support in other functions such as general administration or coordination as required by the trials.
- Min Diploma or degree related to Life Sciences or Nursing with at least 3 years working experience
- Prior clinical research experience will be advantageous
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator, proactive, meticulous and possess excellent organizational skills
- Able to work flexibly with occasional weekends and late nights when required by the project.
