Job Description

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for the sales and marketing of AF Products by providing clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of the products and its appropriate application in the clinical setting.
• Provide consultation to customers on the complete product line.
• Provide accurate technical support and troubleshooting to develop business in the territory

Job Scope:

• Provides formal in-service / education to Electro-Physiologists
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of product and technical knowledge; including cardiac mapping and ablation techniques.
• Provide expert clinical consultation on the use of our system to the Electro-Physiologists and lab support staff.
• Coordinate all necessary logistics related to hospital training for new accounts.
• Initiate, develop, expand and maintain excellent customer rapport and relationship.
• Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget.
• Participate in on-site procedure observation to ensure new product evaluation is successful, utilization is encouraged, customer and personal technical knowledge is enhanced and customer rapport is developed.
• Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested
• Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to country's policy and requirement
• Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science
• Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field
• Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital
• Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience
• Some sales experience is good to have

Additional Information:

• Contract duration: 12-month contract
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
