Job Description

My Client, a well-established Medical Devices Company, is looking out for a highly motivated person to join their team as a Clinical Service Specialist. The incumbent will be entrusted with these job responsibilities and should possess some of the skillset mentioned below:

Job Responsibilities

• Providing competent technical and clinical support when company\'s proprietary technology is used by surgeons.

• Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.

• Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use of any new technology.

• Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times

Requirements/Skills

• 1+ years related working experience

• Professional experience in the sports medicine or orthopedics field is advantageous

• Understanding of anatomy, pathophysiology, conditions and biomechanics that relates to Company\'s products

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board

• Proven ability to problem solve

• Organization skills and ability to work under pressure

• Must be able to work after office hours and weekends when needed
