Clinical Support Specialist, Central Asia

Job Description

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, Central Asia. This role is responsible in providing clinical and technical support for healthcare professionals and end-users of our products in Singapore. This position requires a combination of clinical expertise, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure optimal use of our devices in various healthcare settings.





Key Responsibilities:



Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, regarding the proper use and application of our products. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential and existing healthcare professionals on the benefits of our products. Conduct in-service product trainings to key influencers (Nurses, Clinic Assistant, etc.). Expand network, engage, build, and maintain strong relationship with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators. Address their needs and suggest appropriate products, services and/or solutions through consultative and collaborative discussions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical inquiries and support requests. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of any issues that arise in the field. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and increase market share. Stay updated on industry trends, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements relevant to our medical devices, and communicate this information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain high level of customer-service standards. Work closely with Marketing to organize and conduct educational seminars and workshop to demonstrate the use and application of our products. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve product offerings and customer experiences.


Administration



Submit reports on a timely basis (case booking, case reporting, etc.) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Review and escalate product complaints to Sales and RAQA Team for action. Complete and maintain compliance in trainings. Ensure compliance and highest integrity.



Required Qualifications:



Candidate with Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology or Science background preferred. At least 2 years of experience in related experience Prior clinical support experience in the Healthcare industry and/or Nursing will be an added advantage. Broad-based knowledge of medical consumables sales and marketing processes. Demonstrate effective communications skills with positive working attitude. Ability to work under pressure. Demonstrate highest integrity and professionalism. Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:



Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Experience in SalesForce.com and SAP will be an advantage. Overseas business travelling will be required. * Supporting operating procedures in the hospitals after office hour, weekends and public holiday from time-to-time will be required.
