Location : Kent Ridge
Working Hours: 5 Days / 5.25Days (Mon to Fri) - depend on clinic operating hours
8am to 5.30pm, 8.30am to 6pm, 9am to 6.30pmJob Responsibilities:
A) Patient Care and Administrative Support Role

• Register patients and book appointments
• Educate patients on the features of the OneNUHS app
• Address patient and family inquiries regarding appointments, payments, and service coordination via email or phone
• Perform cashiering tasks

B) Consultation Room Assistance and Administrative Rotation

• Provide chaperone assistance and aid in basic clinic procedures
• Assist physicians during review consultations, focusing on customer service and appointment scheduling
• Manage patient and family inquiries
• Perform backend support tasks, including clerical duties and data entry
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
