Cloud Engineer (Entry Level)

Responsibilities

Provide support to offices in Singapore as well as other remote offices around the region.
Functioning as a single point of contact for all change/service requests from users
Troubleshooting of all software/hardware related issues for users.
Ensuring Daily Backups are completed in timely fashion.
Configuration of Office Equipment such as Copier, Printers, PC/Laptop, Mobile Phone, Network Peripheral Devices(i.e. firewall, switch, etc).
Updating the Software licenses and IT Inventory record to ensure that assets are well maintained and up to date
Providing system training to end-user where required
Performing general preventive maintenance tasks on laptops, desktops, EC2 instances, and any other company authorized equipment.
Ensuring all endpoints are properly configured with company approved secured anti-virus & DLP solutions.
Any other ad hoc task as and when required or assigned.
