Required Skills and Experience:
Education: Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Cloud Management: At least 2 years of hands-on management of public cloud services, preferably AWS.
Problem-Solving: Strong skills in troubleshooting varied cloud infrastructures and applications.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service acumen with a detail-oriented approach to issue resolution.
Process Development: Experience in developing and enforcing IT processes, procedures, and policies.
Operational Activities: Competent in managing cloud production environments and executing service improvements.
Technical Proficiency:
Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform for resource provisioning and management.
CI/CD: Proficiency in GitLab for continuous integration/continuous deployment.
AWS Services: Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
