Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Cloud Engineer (Level 3)

to lead and support cloud infrastructure operations across

AWS, Azure, and GCP

for commercial and government environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience in

multi-cloud management, automation (IaC), OS lifecycle and patching, application troubleshooting

, and

operational leadership

. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical depth, security awareness, and mentorship capability in high-availability and compliance-driven setups.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate

multi-cloud environments

(AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring reliability, performance, and uptime. Lead

OS patching

(Windows & Linux) and lifecycle management using AWS Patch Manager, Azure Update Management, and SCCM. Implement

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates. Drive

automation

, environment standardization, and configuration compliance. Support

application deployment, troubleshooting,

and performance optimization. Maintain

security posture

through CIS hardening, vulnerability remediation, and IAM best practices. Participate in

ITIL-based operations

(Incident, Problem, Change Management) using ServiceNow or Jira. Oversee

backup, recovery, and monitoring

tools for production systems. Lead and mentor Level 2 engineers, conduct technical reviews, and promote best practices. Maintain clear

documentation, SOPs, and audit-readiness

across operations.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Cloud / Infrastructure Engineering roles. Strong hands-on knowledge of

AWS (required)

; Azure or GCP experience preferred. Proficient in

Terraform / IaC

,

PowerShell / Python / Bash scripting

, and cloud-native automation tools. Strong understanding of

Windows Server

and intermediate

Linux (RHEL)

administration. Experience with

container technologies

(Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS/AKS). Solid grasp of

security hardening

,

vulnerability management

, and

SSL certificate

maintenance. Experience working in

regulated or public sector environments

preferred. Familiarity with

SHIP-HATS

or Singapore Government frameworks is an advantage.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect ITIL v4 Foundation * RHCE or LPIC (optional)
