Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Deliver stable, efficient, and reliable Cloud Infrastructure and operations.
• Support implementation and testing of installation of Cloud Infrastructure.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. (Infrastructure as code, AWS CloudFormation).
• Perform daily performance monitoring, analysis, and maintenance to ensure system Cloud Infrastructure performed.
• Support Cloud Infrastructure Operations, resolve Cloud Infrastructure incidents.
• Diagnose problem source through discussions with users.
• Escalate problems or issues to higher management.
• Support implementation of preventive measures, planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disaster recovery drills.
• Support reports on performance and availability of Cloud Infrastructure systems by reviewing of service uptime, utilization, and throughput.

Requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree in technical, Polytechnic diploma in technical or equivalent experience.
• It is important that they have relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Sys Ops .
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker , Kubernetes Docker and EKS. and Public cloud delivery know-how with AWS and/or Azure
• Hands-on AWS experience with at least 1 implementation
• Familiar with one of the enterprise operating systems (Microsoft Windows Server (20012 & up) and/or RHEL 7, 8)
• Competent and having a sound knowledge (Configure and troubleshoot) of various network protocols and topologies, including a broad knowledge of WLAN, switches, routers, servers, IPS/IDS and firewalls
