About the Role

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be a key technology partner contributing to mission-critical projects in Singapore's Defence sector.





You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to design, test, and deploy secure, reliable cloud and system infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA, performing root cause analysis to implement permanent solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to Operation Lead, Service Delivery Manager, vendors, or subcontractors when required. Implement service requests and change requests, ensuring timely completion within SLA. Deploy approved patches, releases, and configuration changes for operating systems and system software. Ensure proper system backups and perform recovery when necessary. Conduct regular testing to validate system configurations and backup data integrity. Maintain accurate and updated system configurations. Support the integration of new technologies into existing environments.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in

systems, networks, or cloud environments
