Role Summary We are seeking experienced and hands-on Cloud Architects
who can lead end-to-end cloud architecture, migration, automation, and delivery

across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), DRCC

, Alloy Cloud

, and multi-cloud environments

(AWS, Azure, GCP).
This is a strategic customer-facing role
, combining architecture design, presales engagement, and delivery leadership

.

The Lead Cloud Architect will define solution blueprints, drive modernization and automation initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud implementations for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities Architecture, Solutioning, and Delivery Design and implement end-to-end cloud architectures
across OCI / DRCC / Alloy and hybrid multi-cloud environments.
Lead cloud migration programs
- including discovery, dependency mapping, wave planning, and execution.
Define landing zones, IAM, security, and network topology
for enterprise workloads.
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures
.
Conduct architecture reviews, PoCs, and assessments
using CASF / CIS or equivalent frameworks.
Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and security best practices. Automation & Observability Awareness to lead infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
.
Implement observability solutions
(monitoring, logging, tracing, APM) for performance and reliability.
. Security, Resilience & DR Architect disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA)
solutions using native or 3rd-party tools.
Design multi-tenancy, isolation, and security controls
based on CASF / CIS / NIST frameworks.
Apply encryption, IAM, and network segmentation best practices across environments. Customer Engagement & Leadership Conduct technical workshops and executive briefings
with enterprise customers.
Required Skills & Experience 12-18 years total IT experience, with 5+ years in cloud architecture and modernization. Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud (OCI / DRCC / Alloy) + Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP

Strong hands-on knowledge of: + Cloud Core Services:

Networking, IAM, Compute, Storage, Security
+ Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Terraform, Ansible, Resource Manager
+ Security & Governance:

CASF / CIS Controls
+ Observability:

Logging, Monitoring, APM, Cloud Guard, or similar tools
+ Disaster Recovery / Resilience:

Multi-region HA, replication, DR drills, and automation

Experience leading large-scale migrations, replatforming, and modernization
projects.
Ability to interact directly with customers
(CxO, architecture leads) during discovery and presales.
Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Preferred Experience Hands-on experience in OCI
(core services, networking, IAM, CASF, FSDR).
Exposure to Alloy Cloud
or DRCC (Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer)

Multi-cloud hybrid integration (e.g., OCI-Azure Interconnect, OCI-AWS hybrid). Industry exposure in BFSI, Manufacturing, or Public Sector
cloud transformation.
Certifications (Preferred) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional Oracle Cloud Security or Multicloud Certified Architect AWS / Azure / GCP Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Terraform Associate ITIL Foundation / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation mindset. Passionate about cloud innovation, automation, and customer success. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Capable of working in a global delivery model
with cross-functional teams.
