Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define the overall multi-cloud strategy, taking into account business needs, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
• Lead the implementation of multi-cloud infrastructure: Oversee the implementation of multi-cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it is consistent, secured, and agile. This includes designing the infrastructure, selecting cloud providers, and managing the deployment process.
• Manage a team: Manage a team of cloud engineers and administrators, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure security and compliance: Ensure that the multi-cloud infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry and regulatory standards. This includes implementing security controls, conducting regular security assessments, and monitoring for security incidents.
• Foster a culture of agility and innovation: Encourage your team to be agile and innovative, leveraging new technologies and approaches to improve the multi-cloud infrastructure and drive business value.
• Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with other teams, such as application development and IT operations, to ensure that the multi-cloud infrastructure supports business needs and aligns with broader IT strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous process improvement
• Continuously learn and be at the leading edge of Public and industry trends

The ideal candidate should possess

• Degree in Computer Science.
• 3+ years in leading a team of Cloud Architects and Engineers
• Pre-sales Consulting experience, including time supporting sales and liaising with technical practices and delivery.
• More than 5 years of experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Strong understanding cloud architecture, technologies, and best practices
• Proficient in using Infrastructure as Code for infrastructure provisioning
• Familiarity with DevOps.
• Experienced in working with large scale projects.
• Good Knowledge of security controls on CSPs.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure/AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineers is a plus
• Have working experience with System information or IT Services company would be an advantage
