Job Description
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Center Support ( Supporting Linux , Windows , Network , DB )
- Experience and knowledge on cloud infrastructure operations and cloud services.
- To provide system patching, monitoring and logging via tools provided by customer.
- To support change implementation and service request based on Standard Operation Procedure/Guide provided.
- To support incident management and perform first level troubleshooting based on troubleshooting guide provided and escalate to next level if incident remain unsolved.
- To maintain and update operational documentation if required.
- Candidate should have understanding on IT Operations and Service Management and willing to work in 12-hours shift work
- Conversant with Incident Management , request Management , Infrastructure monitoring
- Redhat certification , AWS , Azure GCP certification desired , but not mandatory
