Assist in operational activities required for the GCC migration.
Provide system troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains, expect to participate in on-call escalations to troubleshoot customer facing issues.
Assist with prioritization in dealing with multiple simultaneous incidents while effectively communicating/escalating all known issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
Responsible for operational support, front-line management of incidents or escalation points, and provide proactive & preventative analysis.
Develop, implement, and maintain processes to document day to day support activities/checklist, dashboard of work and communication of timelines and issues.
Able to work collaboratively with a high-performance team and influence with positive energy.
Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT cloud operations.
Develop scripts and templates to automate infrastructure provisioning.
Take ownership of end-to-end solutions provided by teams across the organisation.
Job Requirements:
ITIL Foundation Certifications or relevant certifications preferred.
Excellent problem detection and problem-solving skills in multiple functional cloud infrastructure in cloud environment.
Experience in managing cloud production environment and implement preventative actions/measures to avoid business impacting incidents.
Network skills in firewall rules, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, DNS.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Gitlab
Preference:
Experience in managing cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred.
Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy-as-code (PaC).
Experience with Python and PowerShell programming language preferred.
