Technical referent accountable for the operations of cloud technologies.
Responsible for the Run operate and projects delivery of the cloud infrastructure & technologies.
Responsible for the Run automate and service improvements of the cloud infrastructure and its operations.
Oversee the operations of compute, storage, network and security of the cloud infrastructure.
Deploy & configure solutions in the cloud and administer & maintain servers across virtual platforms.
Automate cloud operations, develop infrastructure automation scripts and participate in the continuous improvement of cloud solutions.
Participate in the specification, setup and run Proof of Concepts and demonstrations of cloud solutions.
Scope of Duties: Cloud Systems Support:
Install, configure, monitor and maintain the cloud infrastructure and its technology services.
Upgrade and optimize the cloud infrastructure and its technology services
Support the request, incident, change, problem and capacity management of the cloud infrastructure and its technology services.
Provide apex level technical expertise of the cloud infrastructure and its technology services.
Engage in the evolution, proof-of-concept/value, design and deployment of the cloud infrastructure and its technology services.
Implement and monitor control processes to maintain cloud infrastructure excellence.
Project Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define & deliver project scope and objectives
Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource requirements
Risks Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify and analyze potential risks and obstacles that may impact technology success, stability and security.
Develop contingency/remediation plans to address and mitigate identified risks
Regularly monitor the cloud infrastructure usage & capacity and make provisions as necessary to mitigate potential incidents.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster open lines of communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
Facilitate regular meetings and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
Effectively communicate operational and project updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership
Knowledge Management:
Technically train, coach and develop team members (juniors and new joiners) to ensure a highly skilled workforce
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and strengths
Create and maintain documentation, practices & tools to retain and preserve the knowledge and expertise critical to the operations of its technologies.
Supplementary Information Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Job Specific Environment and/or Organization
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Working hours will be in rotating shifts and primarily to cover Europe business hours.
On-call support will be expected on a rotational basis on both weekdays and weekends.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
Level of minimal experience 6-10 years Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in operating Cloud (On-Premise and Off-Premise) infrastructure with about 3-5 years of experience in financial institutes.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the operations of cross technologies (compute OS, storage, network and security) in Cloud infrastructure.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer or related capacity.
