REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports Directly to: Program Manager
PURPOSE: The Project Manager (PM) is required to manage and deliver the Cloud Desktop project with strong focus on efficiency and faimiliar with Agile and Classis models. The person will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities across the bank\xe2\x80\x99s Technology and Security space and work with different suppliers to deliver the solutions within specified timelines and budget.
He or she should possess strong problem-solving abilities and know how to redesign, reconstruct, and monitor processes to ensure they are effective. Once the implemented changes are tested for their effectiveness, this person will consistently work to update and further improve solutions. He or she will also contribute to implementing new technologies into the workplace to create automated and efficient processes. The role includes strong stakeholder management & reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a project management scope of work and detailed plan to deliver the required solutions in accordance with agile standards and principles
Candidate must act like leader with self driven skill, taking the ownership and responsible to drive the change by managing all the depencies and challanges
Good communication and negotiation skills are the key
Develop project documentation including scope of work, budget, timelines and acceptance criteria
Provide status reporting to senior management against milestones & budget, including any issues or risks identified
Engage and drive stakeholders to deliver to the project plan, within scope, on time and to budget
Identify, mitigate and communicate key assumptions, issues, risks and dependencies to master projects & relevant control and governance committees.
Closely track the dependencies within and external to project streams
Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant parties.
Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
Ensure internal process, standards and risk compliance (including security, regulatory and audit requirements) are met
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Requirements management
Stakeholder and communication management
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Pursue opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work across multiple projects/ initiatives at the same time
Managing the day-to-day running of the Project and execution against the PMP.
Mitigating and resolving risks and issues which may impair delivery.
Ensuring Clarity is up to date including Project static data, status update including RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked & reported to Refinement Forum
Daily standup and agile approach are the key to success and ways of working in Bank
Ensuring that all report submissions to committees are of the right quality and are timely.
Delivering the Project\xe2\x80\x99s products and processes into BAU.
Implementing Project closure procedure.

Portfolio and Program managers and PMO
Head of service domains and service owners
Business CIOs
Global Head of End user services
Cross domain streams (i.e Cyber, Governance, Compliance, other technical domain)
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS): Must Have
Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing IT projects
Previous exp in running cloud based and datacentre migration projects
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or its equivalent
Strong technologist, ability to problem solve, self starter, basic infrastructure knowledge, ability to work under pressure
Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal skills which lend themselves to team-oriented approach and able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual
Ability to think clearly and to resolve critical problems in a high pressure environment
Strong MS Excel, Microsoft Office/ Project skills
Effective verbal and written communication abilities, across all levels of the organisation
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability
Require PMP Certified and good to have Scrum
Executed projects in Agile environment
Proven track record in successfully executing projects in Cloud
Managed Projects more than $2mil+ value
