The Databricks Sales Specialist organization is a team of sales professionals that deliver significant revenue into cloud partners' customers/end-users. This team focuses on the full sales motion (prospecting to closure) to accelerate the success of Databricks and its partners. We are hiring sales professional that can drive the way and collaborate multi-threaded, value-based sales campaigns.
Reporting to the GM Cloud Partnership Sales, the Cloud Sales Manager will lead the direct sales effort of AWS Databricks alongside Amazon, while coordinating revenue generating activities with the Databricks sales organization.
Experience leading an enterprise software sales team in a complicated matrix/v-team and collaboration with SI/consulting partners is paramount. You will have deep experience working with large technology cloud platform providers, enterprise sales cycles experience, be customer-oriented, excel in a "team selling" approach and have discipline in working with a value-based sales process.
