Job Req ID: 6911 Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of effective, efficient, scalable, and secure applications in STE Engineering by working with teams from cross business units for applications to be hosted in GCC
• Review new and existing cloud applications for conformance to GCC, IM8, AIAS and Cloud Adoption Framework & SHIP-HATS and propose solutions to applications teams.
• Define and design new solutions and architecture implementing and cloud computing architecture
• Familiarity and experience to onboard applications with GovTech GCC
• Experience of large scale applications migration to GCC
• Usage of Azure AD IAM or MFA in GCC to achieve of Single-Sign on for cloud application
• Understanding of GCC 2.0 and changes from GCC 1.0
• Understanding of CII / SII workloads and requirements to support such apps in GCC
• Data policies in SG Government and the treatment of Restricted, Confidential and other data classifications
• Collaborating with a tech team of application developers, engineers, and designers to deliver innovative cost-effective technology solutions using cloud services;
• Collecting and defining technical requirements to enable business process and integrations;
• Establishing an approximate level-of-effort and staffing requirements for complex cloud projects;
• Ensuring solutions created adhere to ST Engineering and customers' technical architecture standards;
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technology trends and promoting an environment of learning; and
• Monitoring performance and availability of production systems in the cloud to achieve optimal uptime.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, or related/ equivalent field experience designing, developing and implementing cloud solutions at the enterprise level
• Migrating web-based and enterprise applications to the cloud environments, as well as work in server administration, storage management and systems security.
• Knowledge and hands on experience of Containers, Micro-Services and Kubernetes
• Ability to articulate technical and business value of Cloud services to customers and stakeholders
• Experience conducting Assessment & Discovery workshops with customers, designing scalable and highly available cloud service architectures, and then implementing them for customers
• Enterprise experience supporting 24X7 operations
• Experience with cloud migration projects
• Cloud certifications at the Expert/ Professional
• Hands on experience with AWS/ Azure and/ or GCP
• Knowledge of Hybrid and Cloud Networking along with Cloud Native Security Technologies
• Hands on experience in IAC (Terraform and other automation) toolsets
• Hands-on experience working with business units to transform workflows;
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and present information to all levels within an organization;
• Experience with cloud costing calculators and budget forecasting.
